Simply provide us with what you require and we will provide a competitive quote in local currency with local delivery and installation to your home or business. Procurement may be from local or overseas businesses in our supplier network.

How can you supply me with such a large range of products?

Contempo works with a network of official dealers as well as direct with overseas factories and local official dealers to you what you need.

Are there any additional costs to me like duty and tax?

No. Contempo is 100% Australian. We pay all the tax for you and the price quoted includes Australian GST.

I have seen the same product at another store but your price is much better. Why is that?

We operate at the lowest possible price to the consumer. Original European product at European prices!

The other store said I had to wait 16-20 weeks for the product but your on-line store has it available to deliver now?

Yes. We have the stock available and ready to ship to you.

I saw the product I want but I need it in a different fabric and finish. Can you supply?

Yes, just contact us for a detailed quote.

I have a whole house to furnish. I know what I want but can you get me a price comparison?

Yes. Just send us what you have selected and we will obtain a competitive quote, delivered and installed.

Can you do space planning for me? My house is not constructed yet but I have the plans?

Yes, we can space plan the furniture you have selected into your plans and then obtain a quote for the whole package.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Where is my order coming from?

We have curated a large range of suppliers from various locations in Australia and Overseas. If you have ordered multiple items from Contempo, the suppliers may be in different locations and so you may receive multiple deliveries.

How much is shipping?

Contempo orders are all unique, so the shipping will depend on the dimensions, weight and destination of your order. This information will all be available at checkout. 

How will my order be packaged?

We request our suppliers to take every care in packaging and shipping your order so the goods arrive in pristine condition.
Purchases of Floor stock will be re-packed and may not be in the original packaging.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have confirmed your order, your items will be carefully packed and shipped within three business days provided the product is a "Standard Delivery" product.

We will get in contact with you via email when the goods are due to be shipped.

Once the goods are dispatched, the delivery for the order can be anywhere between 2-7 days after shipment. Metro delivery will be quicker than regional, but we always endeavour to use the fastest, safest and more reliable shippers to ensure you get your product as quickly as possible.

We will make sure to give you tracking information so you can follow the package as it makes its way to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my item?

We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind on the purchase of full priced items, you may return it to us for a store credit within 14 days of the date you received it. The store credit voucher will be issued in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less all shipping costs. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. Please see our terms of use for any exclusions.
Please note there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

What if my item is damaged/faulty upon delivery?

If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within three (3) business days of receiving your delivery.

How do I lodge a return?

To lodge a return for any reason, please contact us with your name and order number and our customer care team will send you a return form and further instructions on arranging the return.
